2. Service Description

Intro Un Pro provides professional vocal training services including individual lessons, group classes, masterclasses, and specialized programs. Our services are provided at our Melbourne studio and may include online components.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Lesson Booking

• Lessons must be booked in advance and are subject to instructor availability
• Free trial lessons are limited to one per new student
• Regular lessons require payment before or at the time of service

3.2 Payment Terms

• Payment is required at the time of booking or before the lesson
• We accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers
• Package deals must be paid in full before the first lesson
• Late payment may result in suspension of services

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

4.1 Student Cancellations

• 24 hours notice required for cancellations or rescheduling
• Less than 24 hours notice may result in full lesson charge
• Emergency cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis
• Missed lessons without notice will be charged in full

4.2 Instructor Cancellations

• We will provide reasonable notice for instructor cancellations
• Alternative instructors or rescheduling will be offered
• Full refunds available if alternative arrangements cannot be made

5. Refund Policy

• Refunds for unused lessons may be provided at our discretion
• Package deals are non-refundable after the first lesson
• Medical circumstances may warrant special consideration
• Administrative fees may apply to refund requests

6. Student Responsibilities

6.1 Conduct

• Students must treat instructors and staff with respect
• Disruptive behavior may result in termination of services
• Students are responsible for their personal belongings

6.2 Health and Safety

• Students must disclose relevant health conditions
• Students should not attend lessons when ill
• Follow all studio safety guidelines and procedures

7. Intellectual Property

• All teaching materials and methods are proprietary to Intro Un Pro
• Students may not record lessons without explicit permission
• Use of our materials for commercial purposes is prohibited

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

• We maintain strict confidentiality of student information
• Marketing materials may feature students with written consent

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intro Un Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

10. Minors

• Students under 18 require parental consent for services
• Parents/guardians are responsible for payment and conduct
• Supervision requirements may apply for young children

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services for breach of these terms, non-payment, or disruptive behavior. Students may terminate services with appropriate notice as outlined in our cancellation policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
